We came to stay and the beds were covered in bed bugs!! I came home covered in bites absolutely disgusting !! Now they arent admitting liability even after saying we would get refunded. Also safety latch wasnt on the window which meant we could open fully and go out to the balcony on the window that was very high up, big safety issue !!

Didn't make it to a stay. I paid extra for a refundable booking which expired over the weekend prior to me being informed that LNER were cancelling all trains on Tues 19th July due to the heatwave. Craven 9a have refused to provide a refund, quoting the terms of cancellation as they would, but also refusing to provide a credit for the following week when I am in London again. Certainly wont be considering 9A Craven Rd for any of my future stays.

  • (Translated by Google) When we arrived at the hotel, we were booking a room with three beds, as shown in the picture. The first time we arrived, an employee greeted us, and she saw that there were three of us. She finished the entry procedures for us, and we entered. We booked five days. In the picture, three families, he refused not to pay an amount. When we said how much, he asked for an imaginary amount of 1700 Saudi riyals. We asked him to drop the amount. He refused. He sat threatening us that he would lock the room. Indeed, we came back at night. We got our room locked. He asked him to open it. He refused. The money for the remaining days, he said, There is no sitting in the reception, close to the hour, refusing to open the room to take our bags, and refusing to return our money. Of course, he is Egyptian, and his name is Peter. They talk to each other outside and come back saying we asked you the police and you can't imagine how our mood has become because of their bad treatment. They asked for it, no one came. The important thing is that we paid them the amount of 1700 riyals, and it was too much for the place of residence, and it will be the first time and the last time I deal with them, and God suffices me for them. Above that hotel is old, and the beds are uncomfortable. Very rude, my advice to anyone who lives with them after what we saw of bad treatment and bad hotel There were two Egyptian employees who were bad, racist and rude. The hotel is old, the room and the beds are uncomfortable, as well as the pillows, and they asked us for a large amount more, and they asked the police to advise us to live in very bad whites (Original) 1700 There were two Egyptian employees who were bad, racist and rude.
