Just returned from a 4 night stay - family of 4. We stayed in a room with 2 twin beds and a double bed. While overall the room is on the small side, there was a separate room for the twin beds with a slim closet and small desk. The Pros: All hotel staff were very courteous and friendly. Great dinner recommendations and assistance with questions related to the train as well as setting up our taxi pick up for our flight out of Heathrow. Additionally, the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Paddington Station and several restaurants. The bathroom provided hot water sufficient for the 4 of us each day. For these points, the hotel is a great choice. The Cons: The biggest con is all 3 mattresses were extremely soft and in desperate need of replacement. When you are out sightseeing all day, it would be nice to have a solid, comfortable bed to sleep in and these mattresses need to be replaced. The bathroom is very small.
