        This place is a gem. You walk in and youre met with positive happy people who want to HELP YOU! You will be pushed to your ability and youll walk out feeling amazing. The staff are beyond amazing. Christina and Ella are so down to earth. If you are not able to do a work station, they will find another way of doing that station that meets your ability. I cannot recommend this place enough. Its not a snobby environment either, its the best gym Ive experienced. :-). Cant wait to see myself in 6 months time and where Im going to be with my fitness
