I visited this store in a bit of an emergency as I needed a charger. I was served with amazing customer service. I got the original Samsung charger for just 40 which was great - and as an added bonus I could pick up a few gifts for people. So a further update on this review would be not to believe someone just because they seem really nice and genuine. Only a few hours later and the (fast charging element) plug no longer works, so I'm left very disappointed. I feel extremely ripped off as I have now paid 40 for a wire that slowly charges my phone and would have only cost a couple of pounds elsewhere!

What lovely people! Shop is clean, tidy and very well laid out. Superior souvenirs, good value too. Found just what we wanted at the right price. Excellent customer service, will visit again soon

Went in to get a sim card: 1- we were looking to get a sim card from 3 with a plan that was 15, we were told that the cheapest plan was 40. He suggested to go with another provider that was 25. We trusted him and took that offer. 2- The sim cards did not work and we found out that he misinformed us about the price plans from 3. They actually offered plans starting at 10. We then went back for a refund due to the fact that the plans they gave us didnt work. 3-staff was friendly until we decided to return the sim cards for a refund. The clerk was irritated by the sharp tone of one of us and decided to let him know that he wasnt comfortable with it (this is reasonable). However, he began to mock this member in a manner that was offensive. He felt he had the right to preach, but decided to end the conversation when we asked him not to be insulting. This is poor customer service skills is what really made this a bad experience. A distasteful experience that ruined our afternoon.
