We sat inside to be warm, they kept the door open so it was freezing .. they refused to close it too .. also the beer was a stupid price!! I wont return

Being going Shishawi for a few years now, service is often good as the staff are quite genuine and don't put on an act like most places, with nothing but smiles and happiness glaring through there faces. Real down to earth, I must say. Food is good, and I've never experienced any sort of problems with any of the food I've ever gotten here. Prices are quite reasonable for the location given Being Edgware road, dead in Central London. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is the fact that they are cash only, which can be a bit inconvenient at times but an easy resolution, surely? The outside shisha area does tend to get quite busy in the evenings heading well into the night, so if that's what you're going for, then maybe try reserve or just head there a bit earlier if possible, do bare in mind it is an outdoor venue so if it is cold then you can't really expect them to do anything about the weather. I see a few bad reviews about there been a fish tank which is true, but for as long as I can remember that is now gone, toilets been dirty? It's a toilet.

I used to had takeaways only since 2009. I been for Eid dinner with my family. Staff is become more arrogant and careless. They look customer like they are here for free food. No response for kids and babies. Surprisingly I saw little mouse and I told that guy who took our order. He became more insane and started asking me where is it and showe me where that mouse gone. I told that mouse wasnt a customer I just saw that quickly vanished. Main reason became rude every single staff is they are not loyal to this country Government. Because of their CASH ONLY stick policy so they could hind income not to pay sales tax etc. This is 2023 and majority of customers willing to pay smartly with Cards or Apple Pay. Anyhow that was my last visit will never visit this place ever and will stop all my friends and family not go.
