If you have an expensive coat then go somewhere else for it to be cleaned!

They seemed nice, clothes was nicely folded, got it back the same day. Quoted me 24 pounds for my laundry weight. Then charged me 34 pounds when I was putting my clothes away. Didn't see it until I looked at my receipt later. In U.S dollar that takes you from $29 to $41. Not much to say other than make sure they honor their quote according to weight. Great service !! I needed to have a zip changed and the waist of my party dress enlarged and it was done perfectly well in two days ! Thanks a lot for the top notch service . I also had two items for dry cleaning and it was great ! I had both things delivered to my hotel in Paddington . After being told my sports coat would be ready by the next day at 3:30pm, I hurried back to the cleaner only for my coat to not be there. I was asked if I wanted to go across town to pick it up to which I replied no as I was in town only for business and was using public transportation. I was told it would be ready by 6:30 which was a conflict of interest to me as I had plans that were time sensitive and I couldn't come back before they closed at 8 or in the morning before they opened as I had an early flight back home. The first guy that was there was very apologetic but the second guy that was there was nonchalant about the inconvenience and the fact thay I had to rearrange my whole evening to come back at 6:30; I was still charged the full 8 for the cleaning too! The definition of terrible customer service! I will never do business here again when back in the UK on business.
