Dr R O'Hare - The Connaught Square Practice

I only go to this practice because it is close and is open on weekends. Some GPs are okay but they dont come across as compassionate nor kind. The people at the reception are extremely rude and unfriendly. There is a really negative atmosphere in this practice and the manager they have is useless and does absolutely nothing to improve the rating of the practice and patient experience. People complain all the time, I have witnessed many unpleasant situations. I am seriously thinking of going back to my old GP Practice even if it is a little further away. I would not recommend this practice to anyone!

Frankly, this is the exact surgery when they going to do anything if, there is anything left when you throw up your feet, meaning die. This surgery would do a huge favour to close down their contribution towards saving human lives on Earth worth as much as Boris Johnson's contribution toward his own country. Rita the receptionist. I puzzled what is the point of having this GP. Most staff members are degenerate, incompetent for the role and play deaf or are simply born useless. A mop bucket in your hand would just perfectly suit your capability to find your dream job.

Went for a check up last week and Betty was very helpful. She explained why we couldn't have an actual blood test (the national test tube scarcity) but went ahead to carry out basic tests and discuss my general health and concerns. She was friendly, patient, and gave great advice! It's always great to have a healthcare professional you can talk to comfortably.
