        Sent a buy back request over 2 weeks ago they still havent returned my funds. They are holding 1500 of my money and I cant get through via phone or email. Avoid!

        They offered the best exchange rate for Turkish lira that i could find online, but I had to wait 25 minutes to collect my currency even after ordering online and selecting my preferred pickup time. And they only gave me one denomination of Turkish Lira even though I had asked for a mix in my online order, which is not ideal for my travels at all.

        Had a big holiday in Hawaii coming up and found this guys via MSE so needed dollars. Great rates no fees or commission if you buy enough currency and use bank transfer. Includes free special delivery by Royal mail. Will use them again ordered on Tuesday arrived Thursday.

        Ive used Sterling FX for currency notes before and hence was entirely confident in doing so again, last week. Their rates are competitive and the buying process is very easily navigated. The notes arrived on time..as expected and once I have used them, I will use Sterling FX again to top up.

        Was a bit sceptical at first but then i read the mostly positive reviews so went ahead and placed my order online. Was a much better rate than anywhere else. Order arrived at the other end of the country the next day before 1pm with royal mail special delivery. Very happy with the service and will definately use again in the future
