Bought a pair of glossy boots, at first I was real happy because they have a good fit. BUT after wearing them for only 4 to 5 months, they show cracks around the ankle at bending points. I have contacted Hunter, and Am very curious what their Customer service will be like, as I have read horrible reviews below. So I hope for The best but wont buy Hunter boots ever again. Will keep you posted about my Customer service experiences. Please Note that the glossy (black) ones are NOT Made of rubber, they are polyester, and not strong and suitable for their purpose. It proces Hunter NEVER tested them properly. Bad company!! Really dont understand why this became such a famous brand and received a Royal stamp. Do NOT buy them and save yourself the disappointment!

The sevice I have recived from Hunter Boots has been terrible. Dont buy online as the Customer sevices is awful!!

Ive not received my full order, Hunter are withholding 114.75, the customer service is shocking. Extremely disappointed, Ive had to involve the police with a crime and reference report, i have no option but to contact my credit card company. Absolutely useless

A company which doesn't cares about their customers or the brand. Short-term profit and undervalued customer loyalty. My worst online shopping experience since the internet was invented! Never received my order and Hunter simply wants to close the case. This will be the first brand that I'm going to boycott in my life.
