Cancelled my subscription, got confirmation from Kaspersky in writing, they still took subs from my cc 3 months later

DISHONEST! Completely impossible to cancel an auto-renewal. They intentionally made it impossible to cancel it. They are still taking my money out of my credit card without my consent for a renewal for antivirus in my old laptop that is no more used. I tried to contact them, but extremely difficult to get hold of them. No 24/7 line.

Have not used this company in well over 5yrs but they have my details still on file even though I no long have the use of a lap top I have tried speaking to someone and they told me someone will ring me back in 2-3hrs .....

I have purchased this on behalf of my friend and installed it. Initially I cancelled automatic renewal and installed another version of anti virus protection from Kaspersky itself. But they charged for automatic renewal and sent her the invoice despite the " automatic renewal cancellation. It is very tricky for ordinary people with less knowledge with installation process to go and cancel the the automatic renewal as the process is not straight forward. the AUTOMATIC RENEWAL system is an absolute fraud. Not even deserved for1 star.
