        Just want to shout out for the fabulous security guard who was on duty 4th Oct at 8am. He was a real help to me. I needed a charger lead but left my phone in the hotel. He also had a Samsung so was able to ensure I got the right one. He also went through two different ones telling me the benefits. Chose one, back to hotel, perfect. Didn't get his name. But well done to that guy. Great service
