        I ask for a poster print on A0. The short end of A0 is printed. It looks like 3 pieces of A4 stuck together. And its 45. Clearly there was some miscommunication. I needed them to scale it to fit the page.

Have only used them a couple times (generally my company try to keep us paper free) but both times the service was extremely professional, prompt and they delivered excellent bound documents at short notice.
