Service was good, polite and efficient. Strawberry tart was delicious, coffee good but the chocolate cake sponge was dry, the buttercream was too sweet and cheap chocolate, so little chocolate flavour, the icing was good but am afraid disappointed by the taste and the cost of the whole thing. Never judge a book by the cover!

The food is bad here, the floor and tables were dirty and when I respectfully asked the waitress to clean it she yelled at me / the prices are too high for bad quality

The staff is disrespectful and not helpful or professional they was bully tourists and laugh at them the food is soooo bad and there is hair in it the prices are high the place is dirty and I will not visit it again

this employee caused me a panic attack she terrified me and made me run away from the coffee shop I asked for a coffee and paid for it then while I was waiting for my coffee i took a tissue and then she shouted at me and scolded me because I took a tissue, even it's my right because I paid for a coffee she didn't t leave a bad word that she didn't say to me i really was so embarrassed of people they was there it is really rude I wish The coffee management looking at her situation because she alienate customers away
