        Staff are helpfull but the machines are frequently out of use which is a joke!! So many branches are closing wheres the customer care!!?

        We just needed some advice form a staff member regarding opening a business account...before we get do it online.They won't assist, stand around staring at us while the young assistant is trying to get atleast one of them to speeck to us... He finally came back and told us they told him that we should rather seek assistance online or try doing it all ourselves at home... as we both bank with HSBC we figured we would atleast be entitled to some sort banking advice. Why are these people even employed?

        WARNING HSBC Cash Machine on Praded Street is not dispensing cash. It shows on your statement cash has been withdrawn but you have not received it. Happened to day to me at 07:00. What do it do?

        Staff are really helpful at this branch, sometimes there isn't enough of them to go round, but with a little patience you can get most things sorted, also there are plenty of express machines, pay in cheque's, ATM's, even a lose change machine, very useful HSBC branch, we can't do everything on our phones, tablets, or PC's, Thank you HSBC/FIRST DIRECT
