        I contacted this firm of Architects and spoke to a very helpful lady by the name of Kate. She was very professional and helpful in the beginning. After my initial enquiries I have phoned twice and left messages with her colleague for Kate to phone me back which she has never done. Sorry but to me that is very bad, hence the one star.
