        Receptionist gentlemen is rude and very unhelpful. A Customer request a parcel to be left by him however the Receptionist was rude very arrogant and made it an issue. The customer was very unhappy to be disturbed as he had left special instructions

        It is horrible building, I don't recommend it to any one. There is one guy in the concierge his name is Falvius is very bad and harshly with children and also their is a black old women is totally crazy... It was my family worest days those I stayed in 3 Merchant square building
