disappointment with my dining experie ne, I placed an order at 8:00 pm and did not receive it until 8:35 pm, despite reminding the staff twice. As I was in a hurry to catch a train, I did not notice until I was on the train that my order was incomplete. I did not receive the fries that I had ordered and there were not enough straws provided and even got wrong drinks, my 6 year old kid drunk COFFEE at night!! I left the restaurant feeling extremely unsatisfied and hungry. I am extremely frustrated with the poor service that I received!! Really angry!

Kid-friendliness: Went and both 2 kids meal went to staff if any water facilities to wash kids hands member of staff answer there is no whater facilities I was surprised how you sell the food, kids are coming from the street and need to wash hands and alcohol gel is not save for kids because of alcohol and they can put gmfingers in the mouth, she was very rude and told me we do not have water and what do you want me to do I asked you should pass message to your Manager that water facilities is very important and should be provided
