I would recommend this company as Jean was of really good help to me and made sure I got my apartment even when I had given up myself. I want to say thank you to Jean. I really cant thank her enough and I am so happy. I also want to thank Mark for given me the opportunity to start this journey as well. Thank you Active Letting. You all made my day. Thank you

I would not recommend this company to landlords or tenants. At the end of our tenancy we had great difficultly recovering our deposit. It was only after our tenancy had ended that we were made aware our deposit had never been protected due to an admin error that neither Active Lettings or the DPS took responsibility for. Despite where the fault lay Active Lettings had been aware of the situation throughout our 15 month tenancy and did not let us know. I had to chase Active Lettings relentlessly in order to get updates on the situation. When updates were provided they were less than satisfactory.

Worst company ever. They don't have a regard for customer care and don't help when there is an issue with the rented property. Jean that works there is awful and rude.

I contacted them regarding a property. The guy thru the phone gave me a date for a viewing. And 5 minutes before he called to say that the door lock was not opening so he had to cancel the viewing. I called several times during the next days to book an other viewing and he said that the property was let. This man was rude and not professional at all.
