Very disappointing as I have now had 2 things stolen from my parcel/envelopes when I have used them & I have checked before pointing the finger, they never received at the sorting office. They have a door of shame. They should be on it!

Poor customer service...this 1 star is 1 2 many stars but unfortunatley have 2 put at least 1... Always a queue....poorly lacking in customer service...infact no customer service.. Witnessed quite a few rude remarks to customers especially an elderly woman who they confused her parcels because they were stood chatting...which was their error...very disrespectful... Tbh dont think they have a clue what they are doing...and get very stressed out very quickly Very poor service from an institute which has been running a service for many many years... Lowers the standard of the royal mail having these kind of employees... Maybe some kind of customer service/manners training should be considered... Think about the service you should provide... Very very shameful
