I love my sessions and genuinely look forward to them each week! She follows a structured programme, taking into account what you want to train, doesnt just bark orders at you (ok sometimes, but maybe thats just because weve been chatting and laughing so much in between sets!)

Jordan has her own private studio in Hyde which is kitted out with everything you need to have an excellent session. Sessions are always well planned to help you to get the most from them with even the little added extras like fresh chilled lemon water, chalk, hand towels, multiple resistance bands and pretty much anything you could need or want during your session.
I initially approached Jordan for a bit of post-lockdown motivation and nine months later I am still here! If you'd told me earlier in the year I would be enjoying Olympic weightlifting and lifting the weight that I am I wouldn't have believed it. Jordan is committed to understanding what motivates me and quickly adapted our sessions to what worked best for me.
Jordan encourages and openly shares her extensive knowledge and skills. Gentle encouragement and proper explanation of movement and why we perform a move in a certain way has really helped me to develop my own knowledge and increase my confidence for when I'm ready to move on and train independently.
Jordan is much more than a PT. She has a real interest in the overall well-being of her clients. From looking at developing healthy habits that become part of the everyday, all the way through to yin yoga to help relax the mind and body, Jordan offers it all. As well as being a friend and having a listening ear.
Jordan is the best PT I've worked with (I've worked with four now over the years) and her commitment to her own personal development to offer the best she can to her clients is second to none.
