    I absolutely love training with Jordan. I started training with Jordan to improve my strength but ultimately my mental health. I have a little girl with a life limiting condition. Having Flo is mentally exhausting some days as much as physically demanding. Training with Jordan at her private studio gives me the time for me. To be completely me and to have someone to talk to aswell as train me. Ive honestly absolutely loved it. I feel empowered and physically and mentally strong when Ive had a session with Jordan. She offers such a variety of training sessions including yoga. Ive loved learning the different techniques of lifting and have especially loved the Olympic style lifting. She had empowered me to re join a gym and have the confidence to lift safely in the gym. I feel no pressure to be a certain way and I feel totally at home with Jordan. She had become a great friend and someone I can talk too about my week when times have been tough. I would highly recommend Jordan to anyone who wants to improve their mental and physical health in a safe and friendly and encouraging environment

    I entered a give away that Jordan posted on insta as I had thought about messaging her for a long time but had the usual Im worried about being intimidated thoughts. I also suffered a back injury in 2021 so thought lifting weights was never gonna be something I could do, but I really wanted to! I was honest about my injury from the beginning and Jordan empowered me and tailored every aspect of training to make me feel comfortable and able. After one session, I knew that this would be something I would carry on and I am so glad I did! She is one of the easiest people to be around, professional but approachable. Knowledgable, passionate and takes time to explain why we do what. I love my sessions and genuinely look forward to them each week! She follows a structured programme, taking into account what you want to train, doesnt just bark orders at you (ok sometimes, but maybe thats just because weve been chatting and laughing so much in between sets!)

    Jordan is an excellent trainer, but a trainer is only one small aspect of what she offers. If you're looking for the full package to look after your whole wellbeing then look no further. Jordan has her own private studio in Hyde which is kitted out with everything you need to have an excellent session. Sessions are always well planned to help you to get the most from them with even the little added extras like fresh chilled lemon water, chalk, hand towels, multiple resistance bands and pretty much anything you could need or want during your session. I initially approached Jordan for a bit of post-lockdown motivation and nine months later I am still here! If you'd told me earlier in the year I would be enjoying Olympic weightlifting and lifting the weight that I am I wouldn't have believed it. Jordan is committed to understanding what motivates me and quickly adapted our sessions to what worked best for me. Jordan encourages and openly shares her extensive knowledge and skills. Gentle encouragement and proper explanation of movement and why we perform a move in a certain way has really helped me to develop my own knowledge and increase my confidence for when I'm ready to move on and train independently. Jordan is much more than a PT. She has a real interest in the overall well-being of her clients. From looking at developing healthy habits that become part of the everyday, all the way through to yin yoga to help relax the mind and body, Jordan offers it all. As well as being a friend and having a listening ear. Jordan is the best PT I've worked with (I've worked with four now over the years) and her commitment to her own personal development to offer the best she can to her clients is second to none.
