Come across very well in first impressions, low price, great pictures were taken and organised the viewings quick enough. Once my property had an offer, I received a very different level of service, they are unresponsive, I resulted in dealing direct with my buyers. I had NO contact during the final part of the process, didn't contact me about completion. I had to leave keys under the door mat for the buyers. I didn't receive any communication from them weeks leading up to my completion and none after! Just took their fee direct from the solicitors. Definitely wouldn't recommend for someone who hasn't bought / sold a property before as you are left to your own devices!
