The work carried out is very high quality. I don't think the cars ever looked this good it's like new, bare in mind it's a 20 year old car that's been sat a while. Theres a reason why these guys have an average review score of 5 (out of 5). I recently ordered a new MG4 and after doing some research into ceramic coatings, I contacted JR Automotive. Every single interaction I had with James and Richard thereafter - from my initial telephone enquiry, to collecting the car once the work had been completed - was an absolute pleasure. In our first exchange, James explained the benefits of the different coating options in laymans terms his knowledge of, and passion for, his work was crystal clear. I decided to go with the 3-year new car ceramic coating package (long story short, this was subsequently upgraded to the 5-year package). In one of my follow up calls I spoke to Richard for the first time who was equally knowledgeable, passionate and professional. Communication in the lead-up to taking in my car and whilst the work was being carried out was spot on I was kept up to date with progress throughout. When I returned to collect the car, I was simply lost for words. Somehow, these guys managed to make my brand-new car look even newer!! I lost count how many pictures and videos I took but to say I was blown away is an understatement. James and Richard are genuine professionals whose pride and passion comes through in the way they do their work. It says on their website that JR Automotive is a business owned by enthusiasts, providing passionate and personal service I am delighted to say that this is definitely the case. Theyre a credit to their profession, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Outstanding service from start to finish. I was looking for a car detailing specialists to apply ceramic coating and could not be more luckier. Attantion to details, professionalism, advice, quality of the work and aftercare was exceptional not mentioning the premises sterile enough to perform heart transplant :) Thank You guys for your work and see you again soon!!! Richard is an absolute genius! So knowledgeable, kind, informative, thorough and a totally service-driven being! Having upgraded my car and now the proud owner of a white leather interior I was keen to invest in the full 5 year ceramic protection package this week! Inside and out, She is showroom - stunning, I know her paint work will continue to shine fabulously bright! Already highly recommended to many, and I'll continue to do so !!
