Ordered some precision markers which weren't in stock and mistakenly I was not made aware of this and some time passed before I got in touch to find out what was happening having not recieved the items ordered. Customer service were kind enough to help out by finding an alternative product and sending without cost to apologise for the error, so no harm done and saving money for a small hockey club! Thank you Davies Sports. Highly recommend this company.
