Professional, fun and family friendly club, fitness and self defense skills for all levels. My son was shy and worried to start but Dan and his team make you welcome from day 1 and my son fit straight in and was very happy. Dan has gone above and beyond to make sure his students are covid safe too and we can't wait to return after lockdown!

Great club Dan has gone over and above for his students during the covid pandemic. Ensuring his students can train safely at home. Making sure everyone is OK and maintaining contact.

A very friendly and inspiring place.!! Dan and his team teach excellent combat and defence skills with total professionalism, including anti-bullying workshops, in a relaxed and stress free way. They really know what they are doing. They have made sure everyone is very safe and protected through the current situation. You couldn't want for a better place to train for either yourself or your children.
