I used to love the products from the company but recently had to contact them about an old order I just opened that was faulty in production and they were so rude and inflexible. The item had been sent out damaged by them but they would not even consider helping even as a gesture of goodwill even though the damage had been caused by them. I would recommend avoiding unless you like rude companies with inferior products, the workmanship and quality control is shocking, i.e. non existent. Spend your money with a company who cares and does the right thing when the error is their own. As I am sure they will reply, let me give you the facts, the order was Christmas wooden items bought 12 months ago and due to covid and being busy at work I didn't have time to make the items for last Christmas so put them away and opened it yesterday to make for this year. But on opening one packet, several of the items had been over polished and were unusuable as they were. I reached out to the company, even offering to send the damaged ones back but they were just so rude and unhelpful. Not even willing to try and reach a resolution. I hope others buy from nicer companies like Woodform who are amazing and I am sure wouldn't treat their customers this way. They blocked me so was unable to speak further with them. Good job really as they're beyond rude. I didn't threaten to leave a bad review I said I would be leaving one as the customer service was shocking, it was not a threat, but I want others to avoid your company and hopefully you will take a customer service trading course and realise that no customers means no business.

I've honestly never had the displeasure of dealing with a company so rude abrupt and unprofessional I was subject to an arson attack on my home there for the courier returned my order to manachester crafts 2 weeks gone an they're still saying they haven't received it back an I must wait until they do the parcel is clearly lost as I tried stating to their Facebook admin team only to be BLOCKED yes thats right blocked with no way to contact them an a 70 order Christ nos where an some very disappointed customers on my end. EDITED.. I did not fail to collect and she nos this yodel returned the parcel in error but couldn't stop the return, I sent multiple messages to her very long essay in a mum of 6 3 under 3s didn't no you wasn't allowed to reply to an essay in a certain amount of messages! Its been 2 weeks the parcels lost they just don't want to solve the issue also see they reply to me an no-one else really says it all Avoid at all costs!
