My 86 year old mother cannot obtain an afternoon appointment for them to come and try to fix her 3 week old chair from harveys. They expect her to be up from 7 to 5 to let them in to do any work. Appalling service for one of our senior citizens. No caring here for the older generation

I worked for servico while working for them me and my work mate was professional, hard working, polite and deadacated to our jobs. Even though our planners gave us jobs all over south east and expected us to do them like two incidents where our first job was in NEW ROMNEY then they wanted us to go to GUILDFORD and then to RAMSGATE AND 5 MORE JOBS IN KENT. ALSO another time when we had a job in Newhaven then Lewes then Brighton and the. Lewes and then Worthing and up to Crawley after. But we done what we could and the best we could and then we noticed our pay was down when I discussed this I was un-fairly dismissed and so was my work mate. Afterwards I took this company to court and won. Servico have liquidated and have gone under. Was a good set up to a degree but the way they would try and expect jobs to be done and the locations was rediculous and the way customers where treated was appalling.

I purchased a Forestry shed through Very with shed, base and installation with Servico included. It arrived and I had to wait 2 weeks for the next available date with Servico. Once the technicians arrived they put the base up but couldn't complete due to needing some breeze blocks to help level the base up, then they would return to complete the job. I contacted Servico the next day and was informed that I would have to pay additional 45 for them to re-visit. I was aware that if I was to put a base up and it wasn't level, I would have to pay the charge for the technicians to re-visit. This is totally understandble. The only conditions stated in the letter from forestry said "If you have purchased a timber base as part of your purchase with Forest Garden it will be installed by our installation team (Servico)." "Provided that the ground it will sit upon is a gradient of no more than 64mm across the length or width of the base and is clear of obstructions and not saturated of water". I expected the installation team to be aware that some gardens are not level before they installed bases. Not happy
