MUST READ THIS BEFORE BUYING ANY CAR FROM THEM. I bought a car BMW 320i 2006 2000 which according to them was a fantastic car. They offered to do an MOT and service. They also offer to do their general check before the the hand it to me. When they gave me the car they said it is a fantastic car and works perfectly. I bought a warranty with them for 6 month time, which according to them is just for major problems. 1. I didnt realise at first that the cruise control wasnt working. I thought I didnt know how to activate it. 2. The car broke the very first day and the battery was dead battery had been dead before I took it 3. I have called them and booked an appointment to drop it and recheck it in one week time. 4. during that week, the check engine light turned on. 5. I dropped the car to them for further checking, which I wished I said I dont want this car anymore, but I didnt 6. They had the car for 2 days and they didnt even call me. I was the one calling them. When I called they said sorry, we fixed everything THEY DID NOT, THEY ONLY CLEARED THE FAULTY CODES They ordered some parts for the cruise control and I have to re drop the car in the next week. I said great I collected and during that week, the car broke AGAIN as the alternator failed and stopped working. the car engine light turned on as well. I had to toll the car to the garage. That time the car was with them for 2 weeks and they said we fixed the alternator, and took it a BMW specialist. According to them they didnt find any problem. I needed the car as Corona and lock down started. I needed my car for my work as I am a doctor. I had to pay for the alternator as it is not a major problem. They said they will do something after lockdown finishes. During the lock down. Car broken twice: had to put a new battery, had to put a new alternator as they just fixed it they didnt put a new one, a bill of 1100 to change the main shaft, oil sensor and some minor fix to turn the engine check light off. I asked the man who fixed my car was there anything. He said basically the car is horrible from beneath and he is surprised how the car passed the MOT the car %100 wont pass the next MOT In conclusion : DO NOT BUY ANY CAR FROM THIS CENTRE
