        Hopeless delivery office, always a problem with mail and never arrives on time (or gets lost). On top of that, rude staff that won't do anything to help.

        I had a sign on my door asking for the postie to deliver to my neighbours as the app did not work so could not redirect. I put on the sign to give to a neighbour, I paid 8 extra postage to have you take it back....quite clearly NOT even atempting a neighbours house, 9 people in...you were watched walking away from my door after 14 seconds and getting back in your van. Lazy and useless service from hyde.....incrediby rude staff after a regualr worker moved position.....I hate this company and ESPECIALLY the Hyde dept. Don't expect any kind of positive outcome...no matter what.
