        Said that someone tried to deliver my parcel 1 min after the postman walked past my window I got a text saying no one in he never came near my door, put complaint in and theses guy's want a raise in pay DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY! AND STOP LYING ABOUT DELIVERY. YOU HAVE WREAKED MY DAY

        *0 Star* I sent a next day special delivery by 1pm. Hyde DO signed parcel as delivered when CCTV at the property shows no body even attempted to deliver. Have put an investigation in place. Has taken already 12 days and no answer back from Royal Mail. The manager at Manchester HYDE DO needs to sort their staff out as clearly the staff are stealing peoples valuable items. This is not the first time the items have gone missing. Applauling service will not use again Will look to other service providers.

        Couldn't locate my parcel today, but the staff at the hyde depot went to the end's of the earth to find it and was eventually located, very polite and professional thanks guys.
