Thay have a new pharmacist, she seems to be on the Ball, once you give your name over, it's not long before you receive your prescription. It's just getting served you'd think with all the staff that one of them would permanently serving at the counter. Food for Thought!

Shocking customer service. Each time I go in there is a long wait, usually 10-15 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. There seems to be no organisation or working system. There are alot of staff behind the high counter but none seems to know what others are doing. The last time I went in (which will be the last time!) a customer was having an asthma attack, she needed an inhaler and staff didn't seem interested. Also, a young man in a hoody before me in the queue was ignored by the female member of staff. When I pointed out he was before be she clicked her fingers to another staff member to serve him! Disgusting service. Be suspicious of good reviews.

Wish I could give one star awful people awful service awful attitude awful wait time, really disgusting people, absolutely no compassion or care, it's all about the money

Pharmacy staff are lovely and have been dealing with medication delays to the best of their abilities. Very helpful with any issues I have had, even when the error has come from my GP and not them.
