We found the room my brother had was often unclean. His toilet was in a soiled state on a number of occasions and the floor wet due to a leek under the sink. A light over the bed was defective which caused him difficulty, due to eye sight problems which was reported by a family member on a number of occasions and took many days to be fixed. He had also had to use a pillowcase as a towel as no towels were in the toilet area. Some of the care workers were kind and he felt he could ask them for assistance but there were others who he and our family found to be rude and had a bad attitude when dealing with residents. Personal items just disappeared out of his room never to be seen again. He asked us not to complain because he had to stay there. .On some occasions he was so highly medicated he was dribbling out of the side of his mouth and was falling asleep for long periods of time. His hearing aids were often missing or batteries not working. As a family we are very unhappy of the standard of care given by this facility. I pray to God I never end up in this home.

Outstanding and professional care given to my father with compassion during his time in care at riverside I can recommend this nursing home with five stars well done all the staff for your dedication
