A few years ago I travelled a good distance to view a caravan at a great price,when I was viewing it the salesman said it had been in an accident and showed me an engineers report saying it was repaired to a good standard and was roadworthy. I bought the caravan on this evidence. I went to collect it a couple of weeks later,my number plate was fitted to the caravan for me. I stopped in to a service station on th3 way home and noticed the spare wheel hadnt be fitted back the carrier,I called them and they sent it to me via a courier a few days later. I took the caravan for an annual service a few months later and I was told the axle was damaged and was causing excessive tyre wear,I contacted Thame side and said to bring the caravan back and they would replace it I said it was too far away to do this as an overnight stay for me would be involved. I asked them to send the new axle,coming from the factory, to be sent to a local caravan dealer to me and I would pay to get it fitted. After no response I noticed they had an advert in a caravan forum I contacted them and mentioned this and this seemed to spur them into action and the axle was despatched to my repair shop very quickly.Around a year after this I noticed a hair line crack down the body above the wheel arch so I had had enough of this caravan so traded it in at the dealer who fitted the axle.BTW I got more money than I paid for it ,result.

Contacted Steve as he had bought one of our friends caravans at a fair price and now we had ours to sell. Appointment made and our van collected from our seasonal site, which was approximately 80 miles away. No haggle about the price and all settled within minutes. Great company to deal with 5 stars

Just bought our first caravan from tameside caravans. Great van at a great price. Steve and Debbie were very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed to get us started.

Cant thank Steve and his wife enough. We bought a caravan of them a few weeks ago and couldnt be happier. The process was so easy, we put down a deposit and agreed a time to come back the next day to collect. Steve had everything ready for us and was able to show us how everything worked before we left. Steve even put us on to a tow bar company when I said I was having issues finding one at short notice. Amazing service.
