Not the best dealing with customers. Our only child is starting school next week - so the lady in the shop guessed my daughter would fit into a 3-4 yr old white tshirt, and we placed an order for the same. Hubby went last week to collect the same tshirt, my daughter didnt accompany then, bought it home and the tshirt was too large for her. Took it back to the shop in half an hour or so for exchange and the Asian man started shouting in front of other customers. Has read previous reviews , where some customers has bought back the item the following day, after using and washing it , where the owner has every right to shout. But we took the item in less than an hour ! If you dont know how to deal with customers, do think of closing down your shop, because customers comes with high expectations and customer service is the key ! Try to remember the golden rule- treat others as you want to be treated !

Amazing customer service. The owner helped with sizes and was happy to return anything if it didnt fit . Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND :))

Very happy with both my kids uniforms from here. Both attend different schools.one primary and one high school.I find the quality good and the price fair for both.I ordered two hoodies online which were available for free collection the next day. Very pleased
