If I could of give no stars then I would of. Absolutely disgusted with this place. My partner is a customer of these+has used them for a few years,with not many problems up until recently. He had 2 items put in on buy back,which he does quite regularly and ALWAYS buys them back. Sometimes he extends the buy back by paying the interest,and he might do that a couple of times before he buys his items back. Usually the staff there will ring him +text him at least 5 days before+1 day before the buy back time ends,just to remind him so he can either buy his items back or pay the interest again and extend for another 28 days until he's in a better position to be able to buy his items back. This time though,they did not ring him til 3 days after his ticket ran out. Unfortunately,he had been really I'll with COVID and missed the call,so I rang them back either the day after or 2 days later as he wanted to pay the interest and extend it again as he had already done so 3 times this particular time. And please bare in mind it cost 175 each time to extend both for another 28 days,so already he had paid over 500,anyway ultimately I was told that he had lost his items and the only thing we could do was go down to the shop and buy the items off the shop floor. 3 times I asked to speak to the manager,but was just fobbed off. I begged and pleaded with him that there must be sumthing that we can do so he doesn't lose his items,as obviously he didn't want to lose them as he'd already extended a few times and the staff there know that he ALWAYS buys his items back. I asked 1 last time to speak to the manager,was put on hold,the guy came bk on the phone,NOT the manager,and decided to tell me that 1 of the items had now been sold anyway. Which I think was a lie as only a few mins earlier I was told we could buy his items back off the shop floor. Now all of a sudden cos I'd asked to speak to the manager again,the item was sold. I actually could not believe it. I hung up in disgust. I would NEVER use this place to buy or sell anything to,nor would I recommend anybody to use this place.
