The way some of the receptionist here speak to people is absolutely disgusting it's your job to help and be sympathetic not nasty an condescending because you hate your job

So I left a bad review recently which was in relation to try to organise an appointment, if you are trying to book an on line appointment do not go on the first page that comes up, try the second page which has an appointment line. The reason for leaving a five star today was the excellent care I got from one of the nurses, and the way she involved a doctor when she was concerned about my chest complaint. It seems to me if you can get face to face you will get looked after well. However trying to use the online booking system is not that easy, even for someone who uses apps and computers on a daily basis.
