I hate this jobcentre. Apparently you can't wait inside if you're 40 minutes early. You have to be ON TIME. Guess what when I arrive ON TIME I become I become LATE. Not to mention that the staff are so unpleasant to talk to. There's no welcoming nature. So it feels awkward to talk to them. Everyone is so formal and serious. You can't just relax. The rigidity needs to lessen. There needs to be a change because that's the only jobcentre I've got.
