        As soon as entered, a member of the staff asked me how I could help. I was given the information I needed and I was able to complete my transaction quickly! Will definitely visit this branch again.

        What a useless branch, Not helpful what so ever, no constructive or productive advice given. Contradictory staff opinions. 100% changing who I bank with after an experience in this circus. Wouldn't trust them with monopoly money

        I took my son to ask about an account and showed them his passport which says he was born in the UK but the bank manager still asks whether he can speak english ? Found that very offensive.
