My experience with RNM car sales from the start it was exceptional! I saw the car advertised and made the phone call, Adam was very cooperative from the start until the end. The car looks great, a pleasure to drive but most of all the customer experience was top notch. Very helpful and you can see his passion for cars. Again, very good cooperation and very friendly! Definitely recommend this company!

If I could give RNM 0 stars I would have. I bought a car from Adam and noticed that the brakes were squeaking on the drive home. I messaged to ask if he had noticed that and asked why they might be making so much noise (they didnt when I test drove it). He said its probably just dust and to get some brake cleaner. I took it to a garage the next day to double check and they said the front brake pads had completely worn away and the brake discs were in awful condition and that the car shouldnt have passed an MOT in the condition it was in. I called Adam and he said he didnt believe me and to get a second opinion. I took it to another garage who said the exact same. I said I wanted to return the car as per the consumer rights act as it was not as described or in acceptable condition and Adam refused and became rude and patronising. He said all he would do is pay to have the brakes fixed. I accepted this and asked him to pay, which he then said he would instead just send me brake discs and pads and said I can take the car to a garage at my own cost. A week later and Ive not received any discs or pads in the post so I am now out of pocket getting this car fixed. I would have never bought this car if I had known the condition of it, the MOT showed no advisories so I could never have known. I would never recommend anyone buy a car from RNM as unless you are a mechanic you will have no peace of mind as he does not care at all about the cars he is selling and the people buying them. My advice would be to stay the hell away from this place!
