I rang Simon Lazenby I hadn't used him before and explained the problem. The wind on Christmas Day had pulled the rear French door away from my wife's hand and broken the check and stay plate at the top of the door and frame. Simon arrived within an hour (with new parts ) bearing in mind today was still a Bank Holiday, and within 15 minutes had renewed the broken parts. Very reasonable price and a professional job done. I would have no hesitation in recommending Simon Lazenby Windows to anyone in the East Yorkshire area.
