EDIT! Since received a 75% refund, collection of furniture and nothing regarding the damaged mattress. Company now ignoring all emails!

My partner brought a bed last year, it took 6 months to be delivered. A very long wait for a bed. Didnt have any contact from the company about the wait or apologising for the delay. Once received, the bed frame stank strongly of smoke. We put it in my parents spare room to start with, but had to move the bed to outside storage as it stunk the room out. We thought the smell was due to manufacturing and thought after airing it out, it would go away. However it hasnt. My partner and I have just got a new house of our own. So at the weekend we took it out of storage and into our new house. Its now stinking out the whole house.
It took me ages to try get hold of someone about this. After leaving my number, they decided to reply to me via Instagram (couldnt even pick up the phone and call me) And all they could advise me was to open my windows. Im absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer support and how they think it is ok to supply me with an awful product. I have a 5 year old, its not fair for him to have to breathe it in, along with ourselves having to sleep on a bed that absolutely stinks of smoke.
Really unprofessional, avoid at all costs. Services: Delivery, Furniture design
