Being 50 and having osteoarthritis in my hip trying to get back in shape is a challenge and I put my body and muscles out of whack weekly so my visits to Allison are essential. Don't be fooled by Allison's petite stature as I am a big fella and she can put me completely back in alignment in every session and has the power to do so. Allison also has a calming friendly manor and honestly is the best therapist I've had and I am utterly grateful for her work.
