Karen Harvey Reflexology

I started going to Karen around 5 months ago when I was experiencing a particularly difficult time with my health and really needed reassurance and positive energy. Karen was so welcoming and through her detailed knowledge of Mind and Body she gave Reflexology to help my situation. After only one session I felt so much better coming away from her cosy consulting room knowing I would be helped. Karen has given amazing insight into what I needed to do to improve and would highly recommend anyone who maybe hesitant about Reflexology to give it a go. It really works!!

I received a treatment from Karen and felt so relaxed I fell asleep which is great because I suffer from occasional insomnia. Karen was kind, professional and I couldnt recommend her enough.

My first ever session was a wonderful experience. Karen was warm and welcoming, and she is clearly knowledgeable and passionate about reflexology. She put me at ease, and talked through what would happen. I opted for a quiet session in her lovely treatment room. It was absolutely amazing; it is incredibly rare for me to switch off and feel a lasting calm. I've promised myself a return visit in the very near future.

Karen is so lovely and her treatment room is relaxing with views over the garden. Such a relaxing treatment, floated into a snooze and felt all the tension ease. She picks up on where the issues are and works her magic to relieve them. Slept well after and felt like a new person in the morning. Highly recommend, worth every penny and more!

Karen is lovely. At my request (due to personal circumstances), I had reflexology in my garden. The treatment was great. It was so relaxing and just what I needed after 3 years without any time for myself. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Karen. She is the kindest person and is great at what she does. I felt calm and happy for days afterwards. It was the best experience and I highly recommend her. I am looking forward to our next meeting. Thank you so much Karen.
