Iv never been to sure on what to do in the gym and not had much confidence init but Eugene has always been there to give me a helping hand and achieve my goals that iv wanted to achieve and always shown me new things to do so I was able to change up my work outs and gave me that extra confidence in the gym.

Eugene really helped me build my confidence using the weights in the gym to a stage where I felt comfortable using the equipment by myself. He also helped me improve my overall fitness by encouraging me to do more circuit training and stick to a balance diet. I would recommend.
