Stephanie @ The Pain Relief Clinic was recommended to me when I hurt my back in summer 20. I have been seeing Stephanie ever since, not because she hasn't sorted out my back issue - she has. I continue to make appointments because her treatments seem holistic to me. We have developed a lovely rapport and as such her studio is a welcome calm and safe space. I have also greatly benefited from her NLP approach to looking at worries to gain understanding and full desensitisation. Honestly - what a gift to no longer carry around that baggage! Thank you Steph.

After a motor bike accident years ago, my lower back regularly plays up and from time to time becomes unbearable, Steph has eased my pain and suffering on more than one occasion and will continue to do so each time it decides to go. Thank you Steph

Steph has helped me with 3 different issues over the last few years. Tennis elbow, a knee injury and coccyx pain following a fall. With each one she was able to treat me quickly and efficiently using different techniques. Im often sceptical of osteopathy unless the practitioner is extremely good - Ive tried loads of them and wouldnt recommend many! I can 100% say that Steph helped and solved my issues. Not only that, shes an extremely nice person and has a very good energy about her. Thanks Steph.

I have suffered chronic neck, shoulder and upper back pain for the last 9 years, including a pinched nerve and frequent headaches, most likely caused by improper form in bodyweight exercises and exacerbated by my sedentary office job. I also have suffered from tailbone pain over the last 3 years. I have had multiple MRIs, treatments from multiple Physiotherapists, Sports Therapists, Sports Massage Therapists, and Osteopaths over the years; seen some of the best consultants in Surrey including a Neurologist, an Orthopaedic Surgeon, and highly rated Physiotherapist, even an ENT surgeon - none of whom could correctly diagnose what was wrong with me or provide anything more than temporary relief. After a fellow colleague recommended Stephanie, I immediately made a booking and Im so glad I did. From the first interaction, Stephanie was polite, professional and attentive, and not fazed by my complex condition. She made time to listen and had a willingness to learn what was going on with me. Her treatment is bespoke to the individual and nothing short of remarkable. Since the first appointment I have seen a significant reduction in pain and discomfort and continue to improve every time I visit. This is not mere temporary relief but a fundamental change for the better: for the first time in almost a decade I can elevate my arms and hold objects without fatigue and surging pain. I can also sit for increasingly longer periods without any pain in my tailbone. Next, I hope to return to yoga, Pilates and running and I am confident it is just a matter of time under Stephanies diligent and superior care. There is indeed light at the end of the tunnel for a chronic pain sufferer. I highly recommend Stephanie!
