I would completely recommend these amazing ladies. Both me and my partner felt so supported, their advice was great and so practical. Without doing this course I would have been so unprepared for my labour when things didnt go to plan. Plus its great to meet other mums and we now meet up regularly with our babies. And the cakes are an added bonus!

Carey, Sonya and Lorna are simply wonderful. They offer up to date, reliable and realistic advice on pregnancy, birth and beyond. They involve partners and offer an inclusive experience for all. I feel so much more relaxed and prepared for the next part of our journey thanks to them.

When we booked onto the birth classes I was nervous about child birth like any new mum would be however from walking into the sessions Carey, Lorna and Sonya imparted their breadth of knowledge onto us in a fun and informative way. For my son and I things didnt quite go to plan but with all the knowledge they provided over the four sessions I knew I could make the best decisions when the time came. We had a rocky road up to delivery but having these guys to turn to for help was invaluable. Personally everyone should be taught by you three because you just made everything feel so safe and natural. Thank you. Lucy, James and Henry. X

My partner and I are so glad that we booked onto classes with the lovely Sonya, Carey and Lorna! We feel so much more relaxed and knowledgable going into birth and the post natal period. The sessions were really relaxed and engaging and allowed us to feel comfortable in asking lots of questions and being first time parents, we had plenty! (No questions felt like a silly one). We would definitely recommend booking onto one of these course to help you feel prepared, its also been really valuable being part of the WhatsApp group as the ladies share lots of useful resources and information. It had also been a great way to make friends with other mums and feel connected. My partner especially recommends the classes for the amazing cakes provided at every session (esp Sonyas custard cream blondies) ;)
