Hurst Garage

I've been to see John a few times now for various car issues, and will continue to do so for as long as I can. Each time I've gone I've received top class service. I got a puncture this morning, and a new tyre (that he had to order in) was on it by the end of the day. He's kind, efficient, and takes his work seriously. He's also refreshingly honest about cost saving methods as well, which is rare in this day and age. If you need anything doing, please use him, I want him to get the business! The world needs more Johns! Edit: continued to use him for MOT + services and he's still great! Service: Tires

My family have been using this garage for a while and this was my first experience. I have a Citron C4 Picasso which has rear air suspension. I noticed recently that it was struggling to inflate, and then yesterday had a suspension failure message. . John got me booked in for this morning away and found a leaking inflation bag. He rang me to discuss and also give me estimated costs. I had my car back by 3pm. This is what I call great customer service, great work and honest and upfront. He takes the time to explain things in layman's terms. I would recommend Hurst Garage and will be having my service and brake pads done there next year.
