        Really not impressed with the online purchasing of this product. Does not taste, smell or set like real honey. When I contacted the supplier, they responded in a very passive aggressive way rather than trying to resolve the problem. Apparently its my fault if I dont like the honey. I would expect some kind of quality control proof or a suggestion of bring it down to the shop and we can see whats happened. Very disappointed with the rude response. PS I did send a reply email, and I find it strange that you thought my request for a refund was resolved by your offer for me to purchase a more expensive item from your website.

        Lovely place. Friendly guy who opened the tiny "shop"& sold us goods. Beautiful location. Well run family business of long standing. Shame the shop wasnt bigger . They're goods are outstanding. 5 stars.
