Have just bought a used car from PDH and the sales person [Joshua] provided excellent service and made the whole process straightforward. Communication was excellent and any queries promptly dealt with in a friendly manner. This was the second car I have bought from PDH in 3 years and the earlier experience was also excellent. Vehicle servicing has also been good and I have found all the staff are friendly and helpful.

Without doubt the Sales team are great. Friendly, patient and willing are three words I would use. Without doubt the Service team are rubbish. Be warned you will be given a time slot and if 5 minutes late you will be sent to the naughty corner for 30 minutes. Their technicians cost 100 p/hr so we were told and cannot afford to be kept waiting. Servicing could be expensive if based on the reasoning made and if out of warranty...

We have just picked up our 2nd Fiat 500 and cant fault the service we received. When we went in last week, Jeremy approached us in a friendly manner and we chatted about what we were looking for. We spotted several we liked, and having test drove one in particular decided that was the one, and at no point did we feel pressurised. We part exchanged our previous Fiat 500 which we bought from PDH and loved; the whole process was seamless from start to finish and the car was ready to collect at the arranged time. Everyone we met at PDH were so friendly from Duncan the MD, to the other people working there and of course Jeremy. Cant recommend PDH highly enough

Took Jeep for an MOT Sept 2022. Had called in advance asking if they could also look at a lazy rear passenger seat belt under warranty. Was assured they would look into it and to leave car with them. Staff quite curt and unfriendly overall. Arrived and left vehicle, returned later in day and was told they had not bothered to approach Jeep uk re the warranty work on seatbelt and had instead, cleaned and greased the belt. Which has had absolutely ZERO effect on the issue - whereby the car is conveniently now out of warranty. Also some confusion re filling the courtesy car with fuel, I completely forgot as had only gone up the road (my fault) and back and the level had not changed. The head of service then rudely told me to go and fill up at the garage on-site - luckily she is a genius with mileage and fuel consumption so was able to pluck a figure out of thin air! Phew! After the dismal service I then received an overwhelming amount of calls emails asking for feedback. This is now my feedback for PDH. An underwhelming poor experience. I have since contacted Jeep U.K. myself who were also surprised at the poor service and suggested I take it back and ask them to resolve and to contact Jeep U.K. themselves on my behalf once the car is there. But do I really want to go back to PDH. No.
