I booked her through Instagram, she cancelled 3 times. When I finally got an appointment and arrived at the salon doorstep, I was told my appointment has been rescheduled because shes not feeling well even though I can hear her inside. Honestly waste of time and low quality service!

Avoid at all costs, went to her for 3 years and she took near 300 of my money and disappeared despite me asking multiple times for a refund, ive now had to go through other options and police have been informed. Has no remorse for what she's done as she's since blocked everyone she owes money to. She's now changed her business name to Hairandextensionsx on Instagram. Constantly changing your business name is not going to make this go away Sharnie. Maybe try actually paying the money back you owe.

Awful scammer, please please dont go to this woman. After months of cancelling my appointment she ruined my hair, agreed to fix it, then took my money and blocked me. She was also being so sketchy and not telling me the location of the salon until the day. I was nice to her about everything as I just wanted my hair fixed but still got blocked as she knew she owed me money. I had to open a scam case against her, which luckily I was awarded my money back. My whole experience with her left me anxious, so stressed and I didnt want to leave the house as my hair was such a state. I then had to pay out again for another salon to fix my hair. The salon said I barely had 1/2 a head of extensions, despite me paying for a full head. I think shes disgusting for doing this to girls, let alone in a cost of living crisis. Please please save your money and go somewhere else. The deals arent worth the stress and anxiety this woman causes.
