Acupuncture Hassocks

Highly recommend Katie! I first decided to try acupuncture as my cycles were long and I was experiencing lots of spotting during my cycle. My GP wasn't able to help and I'd read that acupuncture could help with this. Having never had acupunture before, I really enjoyed the sessions. Katie was super attentive, a great listener and, after seeing her, I felt calmer, better-rested, listened to and in really good hands. Above all, I felt - and still feel - less anxious and much calmer, and also noticed I had fewer migraines. After a couple of months, my cycle was much more normal and I was pregnant! Thank you, Katie!

I went to Katie last year for a problem in regards to my periods. After a few sessions, I began to notice a big difference in my mood which had been affected by the issue, and also my cycle was a lot less painful which was a massive relief to myself. I cannot thank her enough for the help shes given me, and will continue to as I remain getting the acupuncture treatment. I highly recommend this to anyone who has the same issue, its a real life changer.

I went to Katie following an operation on my hand. I had pain, swelling and little movement. I have now seen Katie three times and I am now pain free and the swelling has gone. Movement is starting to return. I cannot recommend Katie enough. This is my first experience of acupuncture and I find it fascinating. A truly positive experience. Katie is professional and really listens and understands your problems. Katies treatment room is so calm and relaxing. A really positive and beneficial experience.

I am extremely relieved and happy to have met Katie and taken advantage of her skills as an acupuncture practitioner. I was recently diagnosed with breast cancer and had to stop taking HRT immediately. Suffering from hot flushes regularly I was keen to find a natural and safe way of reducing them. I was delighted to experience a complete cessation of the hot flushes and that in turn helped my sleep pattern and overall well-being. She has also completely resolved ongoing hip pain allowing me to exercise more and be pain free. I couldnt recommend Acupuncture Hassocks more highly. I came to Katie when I was at my lowest, I had given up on medication, years of overuse and more things wrong. 2 months in of seeing Katie weekly and I am like a new woman. Majority of my symptoms have gone and the rest dramatically reduced. Fatigue, migraines, gynae problems are a few of the things that Katies treated for me. Katie knows her stuff and I have complete trust being in her hands. Highly recommend
